The Fund is dedicated to providing the resources to our members for them to grow and build stable, secure futures. That is why the Fund offers Estate Planning legal services.
Estate planning is a roadmap for your future. It protects what matters most to you, helps your family avoid confusion when you can no longer make decisions, and makes things easier for your family during a difficult time.
The Fund provides an established legal fee to network attorneys for Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Transfer of Death Instruments. The Fund is not responsible for other fees associated with these services, such as recording at the county office. The Fund will refer members to attorneys based on proximity to where the member lives and language preferences.
