The Fund offers two types of immigration legal services: general consultations with an immigration attorney or filing citizenship (naturalization) applications.
The immigration consultations are FREE to members, their spouses and children 21 years and younger. These confidential, 30-minute appointments are available once a month. Consultations are conducted virtually by a trusted, experienced, and local, immigration attorney.
Citizenship Legal Services. The Fund refers members, their spouses and their dependents 21 years and younger to a qualified and experienced legal service provider to prepare the application. Individual appointments and monthly Saturday workshop appointments are available. The Fund pays the application fee ($760) for all eligible member applications and eligible family members.
